Description
The Bolivar New Gold Medal was introduced at the Festival del Habano 2023 in Cuba.
This is a new 2023 re-release. Production of the original Bolivar Gold Medal was discontinued in 2011. Compared with the original version, the ring gauge increased from 42 to 48, but the length remained the same.
As with the first Gold Medal, the cigar is wrapped in a gold leaf, which starts at the top of the cigar and is covered by the Bolivar band at the bottom. Below that is also a red LCDH band.
The Bolivar New Gold Medal is a format known as the « Partagás 15 ». It measures 165 mm in length with a diameter of 19.1 mm (Ring Gauge 48).
