1. Origin of our products

HABANO & ALMA offers, among other products, premium cigars of Cuban origin. The products we sell are genuine goods sourced through authorised, lawful retail channels in Spain, within the European Union, where the retail sale of these products is legal. We are a Europe-based retailer and do not act as an importer or distributor into any restricted market.

2. Markets we serve — United States excluded

We do not sell, offer, or ship any product to persons or addresses located in the United States of America, nor do we knowingly sell to United States persons for import into the United States. Orders that indicate a United States billing or delivery address, or that we otherwise reasonably believe are intended for import into the United States, may be declined or cancelled. This restriction reflects United States trade sanctions rules concerning products of Cuban origin, which prohibit their importation into the United States.

3. Buyer responsibility for import legality

Laws governing the purchase, importation, and possession of cigars — and of Cuban-origin products in particular — differ from country to country and may change. It is your sole responsibility, as the buyer, to determine whether importing the products you order into your country or place of delivery is lawful, and to comply with all applicable customs, sanctions, licensing, quantity, and declaration requirements in your jurisdiction. By placing an order, you confirm that, to the best of your knowledge, doing so does not violate any law applicable to you, and that you are not ordering for onward supply into a restricted market.

If an order is cancelled for this reason, the product price will be refunded to the original payment method.
