1. Minimum age requirement

You must be at least the minimum legal age to purchase tobacco products in your country, state, or region — which is 18 years or older, and 21 years or older where local law requires it — to browse, register, or place an order on this website. By entering the site and completing a purchase, you confirm and warrant that you meet the applicable minimum legal age and that the tobacco products you order are for your own personal use and not for resale to, or use by, any minor.

2. Age confirmation and verification

Visitors are asked to confirm their age before accessing the store. We reserve the right to request additional proof of age at any stage, including before dispatch, and to require an adult signature on delivery. We may refuse, cancel, or hold any order where we cannot reasonably satisfy ourselves that the purchaser and recipient meet the legal age requirement. No sale is final until age and compliance checks are completed.

3. Responsibility and legal declaration

It is your responsibility to know and comply with the laws that apply where you live and where the order is delivered. Providing false information about your age, or purchasing tobacco products on behalf of a person under the legal age, is unlawful in most jurisdictions and may constitute a criminal offence. 5. Orders placed in error or by ineligible persons

If we discover, or have reasonable grounds to believe, that an order was placed by a person under the legal age or in breach of this statement, we may cancel the order and refund the product price to the original payment method. Where such an order has already shipped, the recipient may be required to return the products, and we may refuse future orders.
