Age restriction and tobacco warnings

This website sells tobacco products. Sales are restricted to adults of legal smoking age. Under Spanish law (Ley 28/2005), tobacco products may not be sold to persons under 18. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the products are for your own personal use.

We do not knowingly sell or ship to minors. We may ask for proof of age before dispatching an order, and deliveries of tobacco products must be signed for by an adult. Orders that cannot be verified will be cancelled and refunded.

Health warning. Tobacco seriously damages health and is addictive. Cigars are not a safe product. They are not intended for minors, for pregnant or breastfeeding women, or for people who are sensitive to nicotine or have a heart or respiratory condition. Health warnings required under EU Directive 2014/40/EU appear on the packaging of the products we supply.

Cross-border distance selling of tobacco is restricted or prohibited in a number of countries. It is the buyer's responsibility to check that receiving these goods is lawful at the delivery address. Where an order cannot lawfully be fulfilled we will cancel it and issue a refund.
