The tragic story of Hamlet, Prince of Denmark, was first performed between 1598 and 1601. The plot begins with the appearance of the ghost of the King of Denmark, then continues around the themes of revenge and death. In this play, William Shakespeare symbolically represents death, the inevitable, through Yorick’s skull, which serves as the signature motif for all products in the S.T. Dupont collection.
