The La Flor de Cano brand sits in the mid-price range and offers cigars with a good balance between flavor and aroma. The Flor De Cano Elegidos are now new to the brand’s portfolio. The vitola is called Lirios with a ring gauge of 50 (diameter 19.68 mm) and a length of 127 mm.

According to official documents, the brand was registered in 1884 by the brothers Tomás and José Cano. Much is not known about the history of this brand. It is believed that it was a small family business, but it had a very good reputation, especially in England and Spain. The formats made to date are « totalmente a mano », « tripa corta » – « shortfiller » entirely handmade from tobacco leaves from the tobacco-growing regions of Vuelta Abajo and Semi Vuelta.
